VFS website error during passport submission request

I have similar situation. I only have 14 days to submit my passport.It keep saying invalid document.Please help

The issue would be with your Firstname and lastname printed twice in the letter, please convert it word doc, change the name to one firstname lastname only and convert to PDF, re upload and it will work. I had the same issue and finally got my appointment booked.

Letter looks perfectly fine. There must be something else with Checking at VFS. What is the filename used while uploading doc? Application No?

I just used thefile> print>save as PDF. In my browser. Uploaded the saved file without any issues.booked and submitted my passport to VFS.

Tired changing name, downloading fresh file, changing the file size etc.

No, you require an appointment for passport submission or booking courier service.

Try converting the saved file using a pdf converter like ilovepdf, rename the converted file as ready for visa.pdf
