VFS Tracking Error

Hello,

I've submitted an online application for Student Visa and also gave Bio-metrics for the same.
The issue I'm facing is, when I insert by tracking ID provided by VFS, there seems no record for my application.
I also checked the 'Country' on the website, it was correct.
I gave my bio-metrics on May 31, 2019 in India. Could you just help me out, why am I facing such issue?

If you applied online through IRCC, log into your GCKey account to track your application.

I'm able to track my application online through GCkey account, but not with VFS tracking ID....

How did you figure it out?? I send my passport to VFS now I can’t track it the tracking I’d, VFS provide me.
