VFS sent me back because, Biometrics Letter is Missing My Middle Name

Profile Submitted on 6th October and got the Biometrics Letter.
The VFS folks sent me back because my Biometrics Letter did not have my middle name but my passport has it. Any body faced a similar issue?

Did you BIL have middle name on it. I am positive I filled by profile right and have no consultant to get this resolved.

I am really worried as to what can be done here! Any help is appreciated.

I raised a webform to add my fathers name and they send me a new BIL which was accepted

I also raised web form. But how much time it will take to respond of web form?

Which option did you select while filling up web form? Like change address , visitors record, add file ?

You are allowed to go in biometric even your name in BIL and passport doesn’t match. I did it couple of days ago.

The applicant will be required to bring the following documents when they visit the Canada Visa Application Centre : 1. The Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) as received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

1. The completed VFS Consent Form
2. BIL letter.
3. Copy of the VFS issued appointment confirmation email and/or SMS conformation.
4. Original Passport/Travel document
5. Government issued Photo ID.
