VFS sent me back because, Biometrics Letter is Missing My Middle Name

Profile Submitted on 6th October and got the Biometrics Letter.
The VFS folks sent me back because my Biometrics Letter did not have my middle name but my passport has it. Any body faced a similar issue?

Did you BIL have middle name on it. I am positive I filled by profile right and have no consultant to get this resolved.

I am really worried as to what can be done here! Any help is appreciated.

I just checked and realized I have entered my first name only instead of "Given Name" on my EE profile description. How do I rectify this?

Hello just having some issue regarding to this or similar i did not include my middle name on my application how did you do?
