Would like to ask: when you received a PPR and sent passports to your local VFS office, how did you pay one way courier fees to have your passport returned back?

Hello,
I paid through the bank. On your local VFS website you will find bank details to make a payment. Or you can also call them and ask. Then you will need to send a receipt of your payment as a proof together with your passport.

when paid, who comes to pick it up from you. i thought its done via DHL

I went to DHL post service and paid there to deliver my passport to VFS. The bank payment is to return your passport back from VFS.

I have no idea. And not sure if it's possible to use two-way courier in this case at all.

You did right....i use regular postal service to send to VAC with bank payment attached..
