We would like to inform you that below is the payment link, where you can complete the payment process. The payment link is valid only for 5 hours.

Please note that the pickup will be done on 20th November 2020 between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM only once the payment is successful before 04:00 PM today.

Step 1: We will share the AWB number after the payment has been received.

Step 2: It is mandatory to submit a duly completed and signed VFS Consent Form along with your Passport, Courier Form (Please find the attachment) and any other document required by the High Commission ( Note: Please provide the passports as per the details mentioned by High Commission. If high Commission has asked for both old and new passports then only submit both the passports ).

Step 3: Keep the Envelope Ready with all the documents mentioned above and hand it over to Bluedart courier executive. The AWB number must be provided to the Blue Dart pick up staff on date of pickup and write below text on the envelope.

Please find the receipt for amount INR 1689/- for pick-up of 1 package

On date: Nov 22, 2020

From Address: - ######₹

Airway bill number (AWB): 3787797####

The AWB number must be provided to the Blue Dart pick up staff on date of pickup.

Kindly include the following in the packages:

Print the attached forms, fill & sign them and include it in the applicant’s package.

SMS/Courier return form(Fill this only if you have paid in advance for availing this service)
Consent form from all adult applicants (18+)
Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked & paid for.
Only Current and Valid passport for all applicants for whom service has been booked & paid for.
Note:
Please do not send any paper applications and supporting documents using this service. The service as mentioned on the website is a Courier Pick up of Passport Submission for Online Lodged applications, hence we are not in a position to process paper applications through this service.
The courier provider will only pick up sealed packages and the accuracy of the documents, the condition of the passports, and the payment of correct charges remain on the Applicant.
In case of a family, a separate AWB will be created for each Applicant and thus the Applicant will need to create a separate package for each Applicant with all the required documents.
The courier provider will pick up the package between 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday and will only give two attempts for pickup.
You are requested to include the mandatory form (Consent & Courier form) in the docket. In case they are missing then the documents will be sent back to you and you will have to make the payment again for the service.

if we are submitting 2 passports one for mom and one for dad, do we need to make 2 separate packages for each?
My mom is dependent on dad in the file , in this case can we put all together in one package?

2 separate packages required each package required its own waybill. Blue dart will not pickup 2 passport in 1 package.

you need <<n>> number of packages & <<n>> number of waybill for <<n>> number of applicant.

My mom is dependent on dad in the file , in this case can we put all together in one package?
Are they picking up from home address the one we mentioned in the email?

Aa I mention on my previous post.

you need <<n>> number of packages & <<n>> number of waybill for <<n>> number of applicant ( include dependent)

for your mom and dad you need 2 separate packages and 2 way bill number.
