Hello Guys this is on behalf of my Friend

He got admission in University of Ottawa for Jan 2016 and he got his Visa as well. Now the questions are :-

Question 1 :-
Recently he got admission in University of Guelph for same Jan 2016 & he has his relatives there, He wants to change the Uni what is the procedure ? As he already got Visa??

Question 2 :-
After one semester at University of Guelph he is interested in Joining University of Waterloo can he do so??


Please reply separately for both Questions.

yes he can change the university depending he gets admitted to the intended university. If he is still in his home country it is advisable that he proceeds with the university he got Visa and SP for and change after coming to Canada as doing so now might complicate things for him. Changing University and programs and amending the study permit from within Canada is easier and advised.
For the procedure to do so you should consult CIC website

He already got visa with acceptance from University of Ottawa and He recently got acceptance from University of Guelph.
Now what is the procedure to change university and has legal approved status for studying in university of Guelph despite having VISA from Uni of Ottawa
