Why don't you get these facts in a letter and get it vouched by the employer? or talk to your employer and ask them to expect a call from the CIC.

Send this letter to the CIC with documents attached clarifying each point and mention the contact details of your employer, so that they can call and verify.

Yes I am working on clarifying every point.
One doubt I have here is my employer is ready to give a revised offer letter dated in 2012 when I started with them. Saying I would get a variable pay.....but before it was $XX,XXX. Now my question is will the VO be OK with that change?

To be honest I dont think it matter if you mentioned salary but you get hourly. my friend got his PR his HR mentioned salary of $XX.XX, but he was getting a wage, can you paste you letter from VO here in this post, just delete names and personal info, we'll be able to help further, we're not sure how to help as we dont know exactly what the VO is asking for or why he would say it's fraud.

I note that there are discrepancies in your declared pay between the offer of employment(dated xxx 2012) and your updated letter of employment (Datedxxx 2014), specifically that your Offer of employment states that you would receive an annual base salary of $xx,xxx per annum for all hours worked, whereas your updated letter of employment states that you were on a variable pay per hour.

Actually, I did not send an updated letter letter of employment. It was updated reference letter from my old company.

I also note that the variable pay per hour for the year 2012 should you have been working for the declared 40hrs/wk, does not match with the employment income on your 2012 T4. There is approximately $xxxx shortfall.

Actually my T4 does not include the Dec 2012 pay. It was only till Nov 2012. That was the problem

What do you mean by that ? That not ok at all. Do CRA know about this?

What's your objective ?
Prove them that your application is real.

How to prove it ?
Include every thing which you think will prove it. Remove his doubts. Write a cover letter which connects all the
Information. If Ur not doing misrepresentation then wHY you are even thinking of withdraw. I don't think you need a lawyer at the moments but give a good try if it's true it will work.

Include as much information you can including company registration at province, pay slips, T4, every thing even communications of email I had with employees or client there as long as it does not breach confidentiality agreement

Hi amarecharla,

Can you please share your time line and NOC, your is CEC application or PNP?

Many a times, small organizations pay on the 1st of the month. The problem with that is December 2012 pay comes on 1st January 2013. As per CRA, the salary is now considered to be in 2013 T4.

Yeah I am working on that. I was thinking of withdrawal because I have other options. Now as others told that withdrawal will lead to more problems I have decided not to withdraw. And I have not tried to cheat anyone here, the thing was my original offer letter was not updated.

Yes thats exactly what has happened. I am explaining that in a letter on my company letter head and also I am also writing a cover letter.
Regarding the website, my company said that it will take the necessary steps. As far as the call is concerned, the employer was saying I got a call from an unknown number and thats the reason he asked them who was calling. But the call got disconnected due to some error.

We are planning to write down that the salary was changed from a fixed amount to variable pay as I felt I was getting under paid ,but we did not update that on the offer letter and accept that as a mistake.

To be honest brothers, I have not done anything against the law in this country....I always paid the taxes, bills & everthing I have not cheated anyone here.....honestly when the letter said fraud I was shocked.......I could not take it.......I pray to GOD daily...we always try to do some good to others...I dont know.....why this thing happened to me......

You were unfortunate, that's all. But do your best in proving the VO otherwise. Since you did no wrong, don't think too much about it.

Sorry to hear about your case brother, don't loose hope do your best to convince VO, many of my colleagues had worse comment than yours, they finally got their PR, don't give up.

Would you mind sharing your time line and NOC please, my file is also under review from Feb 2014 and I am june 2013 applicant :( fingers crossed

Do not worry. Try to get you facts correct on a letter (bullet points), attach supporting documents and send it to the VO.
