Very disappointing and frustrating Canadian Immigration system

if you qualify with new rules, why don't you apply with it before the rules changes or you turn 50.
I have already sent one last April 5. When will it reach CIO? I checked the postal tracking number, it is still not in their system.
I don't think you should withdraw. I think you can apply under the new rules. Once one of your application reaches a certain stage, then you are supposed to withdraw from the other. This is my understanding. Perhaps someone can add to this.

Do they refund the application fees in the old process? If yes, you can withdraw then i guess. But you should really make sure that you qualify under the new rule.pankajpatel302 said:

please advice for further action, either I have to wait or ask
