Very Confused about NOC (Software Developer here)

Hi guys,
I hope I am posting in the correct forum. But I am filling up my application for express entry (FSWP), and here is my job history:
1) April 2016 --> March 2017: Junior Software Developer (should be NOC 2174).
2) April 2017 --> March 2018: Technical Consultant (more like information systems, so that's NOC 2171).
3) March 2018 --> Present: Web Developer (Although there's 2175 for web developers, my job duties are more like NOC 2174, same as job #1).

Now here are my concerns:
1) The 1st 2 jobs durations are less than 1 full year... Will they be counted?
2) I have 3 years of experience, but it is not in a single NOC, will they still be calculated as 3 for the CRS calculation (foreign years of experience criterion)?
3) What about the FSWP eligibility criteria... Do I count 1 or 2 years of experience if I choose NOC 2174 as my primary NOC?
4) Will I face issues with PNP?

Thanks a lot guys!

You can count 2 years under 2174 for eligibility purpose.
All your experience can be counted towards CRS as long as you meet the eligibility requirement. They don't have to be in the same NOC

Hi,

I am having hard time in identifying the correct NOC for my job duties.

I work as Software Implementation Specialist but I am not not able to find the matching NOC.

My duties are:

Management model to ensure that the project is delivered on time
 Conduct the requirements gathering sessions with the Office Manager or designated staff, to
understand their needs and suggest the best ways to use our software
 Coordinate with the Office Manager or designated staff, to document and customize the
software based on their business processes, procedures, work-flow, forms and content
 Liaise with and provide training and support to client office staff on software
usage, operation, and updates
 Conduct the quality assurance, product testing and validation of features developed in our
products and systems
 Evaluate training time purchased vs. client needs, and discuss with the Account Manager or
Salesperson and the client if additional changes are required
 Document the summary of training and lessons learned in order to improve the company’s
software implementation processes
 Assist with resolution of technical issues for our clients via email and telephone

I am trying real hard to identify the correct NOC as I do not want provide any incorrect information on my file.

I would really appreciate if you can help me out in this.

Thanks.

I thinl that corresponds to the 2171 NOC:
