haha ..me too
Ah dont worry too much about it, especially if your CRS score - 50 (if the offer is removed) is still above the cut-off for the round. This is why ppl from the 75pts draw are so easy to verify and approve as they can lose so many points and still be above 75 lol.

If loosing 50pts takes you under the cut off, i suppose look around for job offer examples. From what i know, rejections are becuase the letter did not state 'the applicant is guaranteed the job for one year after becoming a permanent resident' or a variation thereof.

Hi all,
I just called IRCC today to figure out my processing time and agent said my case is transfered to Vancouver from VO Ottawa. I'm Sep2020 AOR, everything passes since April 2021 just waiting for finalizing. Wanted to see timeline for Vancouver office but looks like Vancouver VO is one of slowest :( I'm losing hope

I got AOR at cut of 454 and my points was 482 so can’t afford it.I job offer is lmia based and my lmia is permanent residency stream n my job offer is permanent for indeterminate time period .I think it would be fine .

Hi
are you living in Vancouver now?

All the copr will be approved in local office. That’s why I asked you if you live in Vancouver.
Omg thanks for letting me know. I've been waiting so long and literally almost gave up onit - hope all hear good news soon including me

Yea yours sounds fine, specially backed up by lmia. Lots of ppl submit 'job offer', by just adding their old job offer letter and no other backups (no lmia, or redacted letter that says the job is guaranteed)

Hi,
If my CRS -50(LMIA) because I changed my current job, but my CRS still higher than cut off points, that’s mean I still can pass the eligibility?

Youre ok! Your lmia offer states that its permanent.
Your work exp letter though should have mentioned the full duties 'Mann Gill has worked from xxx date and is still employed. Works xx hours per week with a salary of xx and benefits xxx. His job duties are as follows: xxx, yyy, zzz etc etc'. And of course backed up by payslips and tax returns.

Thank you! How I should inform them? Call them or web form? If I need another job?
Webform. And call to confirm. Also im not a certified agent or anything so take my advice with a pinch of salt, its just all based my experience and observations.

Thank you very much for your experience. I will talk to my agent.
