like the other said -- contact your MP. response will take 3-5days
Let’s discuss one of my another situation .how I can calculate my six months of processing or further.

I done my upfront medical on 15 dec 2020 n my dependents did it on 12 dec 2020.I submitted my file on 28 jan 2021 but my husband got email on 7 jan 2021 from health department Canada for my further tests.as he is dependent applicant he did not check his mail so I did not go for further tests .

I submitted my file on 28 jan 2021 with up front medical n I got biometric request on 23 feb 2021 but my medical did not updated .in may by chance I visited my panel physician to ask abt my medical as I did not get any call from them as well as I did not get email as a PA for further tests .so I went for further tests in may n my medical passed on 11 may2021.

so I have to calculate my application processing time from may 2021 or wat.y I did not get mail for further tests .y they send it to dependents Emil id which we just checked ltr by chance .is that reason for delay.

Looks like theres a bit or confusion between R10 (intial document check) and Eligibility.

R10 checks that you submitted all your documents and that theyre complete in their given placeholders.

Eligibility actually verifies the contents and reviews whether what you said actually makes you eligible for the class you applied for (CEC in our cases).

As far as R10 is concerned, your reference letter for work exp could just say 'applicant works at starbucks' and nothing else. R10 will mark it as complete.

For eligibility, the officer will actually review the letter, check whether its a real job, whether the Noc code is 0 A or B and whether the job duties you performed match the ones in the noc code.
If your letter is missing duties, officer wont be able to verify you actually performed the job. If your duties allign better to a different noc code, it will also be marked as a red flag. Both of these cases will get your eligibility = not met if removing the job exp takes you under the lowest scoring crs invitee, or if it was your only work exp and now you have none.

Hope this helps.
Thanks it really help!
I would still feel for the above case he was bit unlucky as it got rejected after eligibility was passed as he said he got rejected in the final decision

It does sound unlucky but i feel theres more to the story. Maybe the applicant claimed points for having a job offer. The job 'offer', required very specific wording and is one of the highest reasons for refusals if the wording is off.

But again, if you check your reference letter and it has no such issues and you also submitted paychecks and tax returns as extra proof, and you did not claim a job offer (less stuff to verify) theres almost no chanced of refusal after eligibility passed (somehow i doubt eligibility passed, as call centre agents are not all good, maybe it was recommended passed but not fully passed by a senior officer).

You know its fully passed and have nothing to worry if your security started (it will be blank on your gcms instead of 'not started).

haha ..me too
Ah dont worry too much about it, especially if your CRS score - 50 (if the offer is removed) is still above the cut-off for the round. This is why ppl from the 75pts draw are so easy to verify and approve as they can lose so many points and still be above 75 lol.

If loosing 50pts takes you under the cut off, i suppose look around for job offer examples. From what i know, rejections are becuase the letter did not state 'the applicant is guaranteed the job for one year after becoming a permanent resident' or a variation thereof.

Yea yours sounds fine, specially backed up by lmia. Lots of ppl submit 'job offer', by just adding their old job offer letter and no other backups (no lmia, or redacted letter that says the job is guaranteed)

Hi,
If my CRS -50(LMIA) because I changed my current job, but my CRS still higher than cut off points, that’s mean I still can pass the eligibility?
