1-2 months you should have. No harm in emailing your office oath email address and asking for oath date.
Looks like self administered oath won't happen. The negative response is overwhelming.
Do you mean the email that sent me the test invitation?

I completed my test on 12 June 2023, but it still has not been updated on the tracker
Is this normal???
Should I contact IRCC?
What is the number to contact the Vancouver office?

Yep, it's a while. I would suggest sending an email request to the email address you received your test invitation from. Just simply inquire whether they received your test.

I just called IRCC and they said that no one has looked at my file for LPP. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to wake up?
I feel you! And wish your application a speedy processing. However, no one ever will be able to answer your question on how long it takes. Some processed with in a week-month after the test completion, some wait years. There is absolutely nothing that you, or anyone else can do. I know it sounds harsh, but it is the reality!
The day of my oath will be the most joyful day not because of becoming a Canadian citizen, but being done with IRCC! Being done with IRCC has more significance for me than becoming a citizen (which is on the second place.)
Strap up! Be prepared to wait for a long time. I suggest you forget about your application altogether, and just live your life. It comes when it comes! I do wish your application and LPP process as fast as possible though! I wish you could be that lucky one they decided to process faster!
