Vancouver - Oath to passport application timeline

Hi everyone,
for those of you who took the oath in Vancouver office, how many days after ceremony ecas turned to complete and after how many days did you guys apply for passport? in my ceremony they mentioned we should wait three business days to apply for passport! was it the case for you as well?

Almost 2 to 3 days. I applied on 3rd of 4th business day of ceremony
