I gave my test on 23rd April. I am expecting oath on July 1st 2015 too because i think on Canada Day there are extra ceremonies and cic might want to accommodate us as well.

I just had my test .today awesome atmosphere inside cic test room
Every staff was so helpful , i studied alots the discover Canada
Book . So the officer told me i passed the test i was happy .
Now waiting for my oath latter soon .

Our friend took there test on April 5 2015, taking there oath on June 26 2015. We did our test on March 30 2015, until now nothing yet? Is this normal, hope no problem in our app.

This is still considered normal. I took my test on March 24th and haven't heard anything. They said during my test/interview that it could be anywhere between 2 month and 5 months to receive the oath.

For Vancouver applicants:

I have calculated data of 9 people who have given their test from 4th Feb 2015 to 30 Mar 2015 and have got their oath between 31 March 2015 to 1 Jul 2015
Average processing time from test date to oath date is around 76 days.


Here is the list of number of days it took from test date to oath date for those 9 people:

Thank you for compiling the number of days it took for each person from test date to Oath date. I am really surprised at the wide range: 42-94 days. I just did my test on 3rd June and so will have to wait for another 3 months.

Received mail for test and no Ecas update since transferring to Vancouver.(this line is gone last week :-X).

We have similar timeline. Please see my signature. Also I have same situation with e-cas like you. I have application received, acknowledgement line and started processing line. The file transfer line was there few days ago and is no longer there. I never got the e-cas updated with test invite and currently my status says "In Process". Same e-cas situation is with our fellow forum members: yyzhuang and yukon.
I have read somewhere in this forum that for some people same situation like above happened to them and they never got ecas update for test and oath and they only came to know about it when they received mail by canada post. After their oath: "In Process" just directly changed to "Complete"

Yes. Test invite never appeared in my ecas. I already gave up checking ecas now.. This forum is more reliable. I count my day whenever I see a Vancouver applicant gets oath invite. Seems people who took test around end of March start to get invites.
