Hi everyone,

I am living in North Vancouver and applied in April. My ecas shows my file transferred to local office responsible
for my area. It does not mention Vancouver. For some people it mention transfer to Vancouver office.
So, my question is that is there any possibility that my file is transferred to another office instead of Vancouver?
Your office may be Vancouver. However, once you receive test invite, it will mention the name and address of the local office.

So, besides Vancouver, which office can it be transferred to?

Hi Zaker,
Please see the link below :

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contact_us/offices/itinerant.asp

CIC also has regional itinerant services outside the local CIC offices. If you are living in North Vancouver island, then the office where your application could have been transferred to is Nanaimo. Thanks.

Nanaimo

Nanaimo, Courtenay, Campbell River, Northern Vancouver Island

June 8 -11

Citizenship: Tests, Hearings, Ceremonies
Immigration: Landings, Interviews, PR Card Distribution

I live on the North shore too, and my CIC office was the Expo Blvd office. I believe that should be the office processing your file and not the Surrey office, but we'll only know for sure when you get your test invite! Cheers!

Oath date is independent from decision made date. Sometimes same decision made but nearly 2 months gaps between oath date. It's dependent upon CIC's decision. But I think September may be the oath month for May test taker.
