Congrats! how was the interview? :)
It was good - checked my id and passport stamps with residency calculator and then she said all good. I had about 25 trips so she took her time.

She told me to wait for oath invite that's all.

If immigrating from an English speaking country, what do I need to bring to the interview to verify English proficiency?

Do you have a proof of degree/diploma certificate/transcript that shows language of instruction is in English? You can take that with you. Some officers do ask to see the original proof of the language proof you submitted with the application.

Hi there, did your status change just now or you saw it earlier this morning? I gave my test yesterday too and she mentioned I have to only wait for oath invite (it will be may because i have planned travel in april end), but no change on my status in ECAS yet.

Q. for interview ( parents over 65 ), do they ask anything? like PM of Canada or etc - or is it simply looking at passport and confirming name etc? also do they have wheelchair availability
You will need to use an elevator and there's also a pay parking lot besides (not sure if you can go inside directly from parking)

I checked ECAS this morning and it was changed to DM, don't know when exactly this happened.

You can send in a (photocopy of) a high school (or equivalent) diploma or transcript, or any post-secondary credential (certificate, degree, diploma).
If that document is in English then you do not need to request a letter from the institution to show that the language of instruction for the program was English. If that document is not in English then you will need to get such a letter and send a copy of that, together with contact information for the institution.

The policy on interpreters is at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/interview/interpreter/officers-persons-acting-interpreters-instructions-case-processing-agents.html

Note that if you have a citizenship application in progress for yourself you may be barred from acting as an interpreter for your parents.
I got the letter, if over 55 then I can go with them as they don't need to prove English skills etf. Its not like they dont speak English but at times hard of hearing so if I am around then it would be easier.

Also do I take all passports? or the juts the ones I mentioned in the form, which matter and have the dates. Otherwise they have together like 11 passports in all

That is known as an "accompanying person" (not an interpreter). The rules are different for both (you're only allowed to strictly translate what is said if you're an interpreter). The rule that an accompanying person (or interpreter) cannot have a citizenship application in process applies in both cases and applies even if the applicant does not have to take a test.

It seems like IRCC has no interest in passports that fall outside the eligibility period, but their letter asks applicants to bring all passports... so take them all if you feel more comfortable that way. Do make sure to take all passports that were valid (even if only for a day) within the last five years.

Got DM today too!!

Apparently it updated overnight or something and I didnt get an email for it either.

But by the looks of things the time to get the oath is slow for Vancouver. 2 months I guess from the time you get your DM by the way the sheet is showing.

Congrats!!

For spreadsheet completeness, can you share your In-process date and when did you get test invite?
