value of stable address for sponsored PR application

One more question:
We have been staying in China together for over 1 year and want to apply for a sponsored PR.
We are in the mood to travel around a bit during the waiting period of the application.
We would have a regular address (her parents) in China to use for the application, but would be living in a few different places in Thailand and Vietnam soon possibly.
The question is if this would be possibly a hinderance to our application as opposed to maintaining a more stable address in China?

As long as you have her parents address on the application and will be reachable by phone and email in order to get application updates and send additional when and if it will be required, you should not have any problem with that.
