Value of agent for admission offer letter

Hello guys
I had applied in lambton clg on 11th June for January intake from a agent near my house in Delhi.
Its been more than one month but no update on my application status from college.
Just want to ask is there any chance of getting offer letter depends on reputation of agent. My agent company is not very famous. Should I apply from idp or canam like reputed company.?!
Please suggest.

Dont know about Lambton but 1 month is not unusual wait time. You can try contacting the school directly to ask about your status.

It shouldn't matter what agent you use, as long as they don't scam you. A study permit is a very simple application, not need for an agent in my opinion.

I did try , they said we can't accept your application as all the seats are full for your course. But they didn't about on my application.
And then I again mailed them they said ask your agent to msg us if you have any questions.
