- My spouse PR was issued on 15th, March 2008 and has been out of Canada since issuance of PR.
- In order to retain PR valid, one has to live two (2) years out of five (5) year.
- What will be implications if my spouse is not able to enter Canada before 15th March, 2011?
- Will there be any implications if an entry is made one month later i.e. 15th April 2011.
- Is there any flexibility or process in which an extension may be requested or granted.
- Will there be any issues if PR is applied for renewal etc.
