All the best to you in this new year! Congrats on your application progress. With your medical set to pass, you should be getting an ADR if applicable followed by a PPR. It can sometimes take 3 months or so between a medical approval and the final decision.
In an extreme case, I did see someone wait 5 months after receiving the eligibility letter. Those can often be family applications.
