Hello, I recently received an ITA however I realized that my job offer is not considered valid( i thought that having a job in canada was considered a valid job offer
valid job offer has to be:
made by one employer
for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
for work that is:
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
not seasonal
not on a contract basis, and
in a job that is Skill Type 0, or Skill Levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC) . but did not realize that there was other stiulations).
I was not given points for the job offer on my CRS but the required documents stills asks for a Job offer letter?
What do I do? Should I decline and start a new profile or should I apply and explain my confusion in a letter of explanation?
