Valid Job Offer

Hi Asivad and Seniors

While filling out the Expess entry profile I have selected "YES" in teh valid job offer section but No LMIA supported.So efectively I didn't get any 600 points. I am currently working on Work Permit.

Now when I got invitation under FSW , the system is asking to upload "Job Offer letter" which I don't have, however I can manage experience letters for employement records ( I have been working in Canada for 2 years).

Is it safe to select "NO" in the valid job offer now so the system should not ask the - Job Offer letter. If yes do I need to attach any explanation letter.

If No , shoudl I decline the invite.

Pls. suggest.

Perfectly safe to change your answer to No now.

Not required because it never mattered (it wasn't a valid LMIA supported job AND it did not add points to your CRS) but no harm if you want to attach a short explanation.
