Valid job offer in Quebec, can I gather additional points in CEC with this?

Hello, I'm planning to apply for PR through Experience class program. I'm currently living and working in Quebec City with a valid job offer from Quebec's employer.

I know I can apply for EE PR in Quebec and I must plan to live outside of the province.

But can I use my Quebec's job offer supported by LMIA to gather additional points? Theoretically, I should lose it after obtaining my PR card.

By claiming a valid job offer you are stating that you will be employed for a year after becoming a PR with such employer. How are you going to prove your intent to reside outside Quebec by doing this?

CEC is applicable for non-Quebéc residents only. It would be difficult to prove that you intend to reside outside of Quebéc.

If you want to apply via Quebéc stream, you should apply for a CSQ.
