I'm currently living in Canada and going through the PR application process. I'm wondering if there are any vaccination requirements to obtain permanent residency at this point?

At this point, no. More practically is that travel restrictions may eventually apply to those coming from certain countries - i.e. may not be possible to physically get to Canada (to become a PR).

So I doubt there will be specific requirements for this to become a PR, but may become logistically complicated. Follow the news of travel requirements carefully.
