Vaccination before landing

Does anyone know that if we need to take some vaccinations before we land to Canada?
As I read on the CIC website they advise to have Health Documentation to show to the border officer.

Hi,

Please don't bother about it. There is nothing wrong if you and family take any vaccinations and keep records.
I did not hear from any one so far about asking a vaccination certificate at the time of landing. During our PR landing and before on TRV arrival in Canada few times, no one asked any questions about vaccination.

hi Wilson,

thanks about your information. I just read about it on CIC website and the IO never told me about the vaccination at the interview.
So I think it's just optional. Or any changes with the law now?
