they r big fools....... there little out of intention makes our life totally disturbed ...even many genuine students like me who just want to go there for study didnt get visa where people with low academics and documents get visa easily .....

Some other reason has been dressed up as this reason does not seem to be real reason for refusal.

Could be they could not understand your bad language. I had trouble reading your post, I am assuming you are typing some form of text speak?
To help you.....wid is spelt with....etc etc...
Perhaps you could rephrase your question, using proper English and I also recommend you invest in a spell check programme to help you compose a correct reply to the VO's question.
Perhaps they feel that your language skills are too poor to be studying in Canada?

exactly, i m agree with u,
he asked me the same question, if i have an acceptance letter and i filled an application for study permit, what could be my purpose of visit. the statement (i m not satisfied that u will leave canada at the end of study) kills me. the docs s/he asked for i prepared, and if there is anything missing then let me know that i refused you because of this and that missing documents. if you are not going to issue visas for students then stop this process but don't ask stupid questions like purpose of visit s/he is really a big fooooooooool.
