Utgent plz help.proof of fund proof at time of landing

Can anyone tell how we can provide proof of fund at time of landing as I have travel card of required amount but bank has not given any receipt of amount in travel card. Anyone with personal experience plz help.
Also how we can be sure of weight of 23kg in bags as every machine give different result.
Nd what's the weight specification for hand bags .

It depends on which airline you are taking. You need to check with your airline.

I landed in October and took my proof of funds as a bank statement showing I have the funds but I was not asked for it. Other recent persons who landed as well said they were not asked for the proof of funds
