Using ineligible express entry profile number for pnp

I have heard and researched that most of the provinces like Susketchwn, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have been nominating without a job offer since I have created my express entry profile which said that its ineligible as i scored very less, may be due to age factor , no job offer and no studies from Canada. But can I use this EE profile number for pnp programmes for the above mentioned provinces????

No if you are not eligible for Express Entry you are not eligible for PNP programs that use EE. You can look if those provinces have “paper based” applications to apply directly but if you are not eligible for EE then you may not score high enough for the provinces. Also they will have specific NOCs they determine are in-demand.
