Using a lawyer for my application ?

I am using an immigration consultant for my spousal application. I applied for mine oct 15th after I sent it I realize I used old forms from 2016 and not new ones from 2018. Therefore I am waiting for my rejection ( I am assuming) to come back.

The consultant is $2000 totally worth knowing they will do my application properly and I won’t have to worry about it being send back.

Do they fill out your application too ?

its your responsibility to fill the forms because you are the one providing the information on the forms....however, your immigration consultant job is to ensure you fill the forms properly and also fill the right forms......how could your immigration consultant not provide the correct and latest forms.....you may have to wait until you hear from IRCC.....this may cost you the loss of about 2 months processing time, and must take action
