Please I need help on “use of representative” form. I am not using a representative, I am applying for myself and OWP for my hubby. Can I fill in myself as the representative?

No. You can only fill the representative form if you're hiring someone to apply for the study permit on your behalf.

Therefore, if you're the principal application and applying for the study permit yourself you don't need to fill or submit any representative form.

I don’t think it will allow me to submit if I don’t fill it cause it’s stated as required.

For you Hubby's app, yes you and he would complete form 5476 for you to be his rep. It is not only if you are using a paid rep.
