If we are using a paid Representative, yet, would also like to receive e-mail/notification directly from CIC, would CIC copy both the Representative and applicant?
The Representative is providing some guidance and so the applicant must declare that a Representative is helping, but, the applicant would also like CIC to contact them directly so they know what is happening to their file.
