Use of a Representative online - whos CIC?

Good afternoon!

My Parent in laws will be coming in from China for a Visit. They don't speak a word of english, and are appointing me their representative. I filled out all their forms, and now i'm just wondering how do we submit it online? My CIC, or theres?

Also.. if its my CIC, will they need to sign every form then?

Your CIC account. Be sure to include the form for use of a family member as a rep. They need to sign that authorizing your to act on their behalf. Online submission does not require the signing of forms except the form I mentioned in the first sentence
