Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications - BOWP

HI,

Did any Dec 2013 PR applicants submit BOWP while waiting for AOR? I am inspired by other thread on this topic and since my WP is expiring end of this month I am planning to submit online BOWP now, but i have doubt on the "Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713)" -

So we need to download and fill this and sign manually even though its the online submission with the exception of all other forms? ( All others are electronically signed)

Interested in this question if anyone has feedback about how they completed this form, as I'm not sure whether the form needs to be printed out and physically signed by my partner?

That is right, you need to print this one and manually sign. I believe you can type in other info.
You're doing this for dependents over 18y.o., is this correct?

Ok, thanks. Yeah it's for my common law partner. I'm going to be applying online for for BOWP for me and her when we finally get our AOR.
