Hi
I am planning to apply for Bowp for me and Sowp for my wife together
When i fill questionare.
When uploading it asks me optional documents
IMM5257B--Schedule 1
Expalnation Letter.

These documnets are not listed when i filled questionare.Do you think these documents should be uploaded or not.

Moreover for form
IMM5713E-Use of Family Representative Form---This should be filled by me and signed by me right or it should fill by my wife and she should sign it.
Please correct me if i am wrong

Anyone please???? :'(

These are new forms, sorry, we don't have a lot of experience with them.

1 - "OPTIONAL" means "not required" but might be convenient for you.

2- If you require a visa for travel (TRV), and your previous TRV is about to expire as well (or already has), you can apply for one now from inside Canada. You need this to return to Canada if you travel abroad. If you don't plan to travel, you don't really need it, but it might be good to have "just in case." If you both need a new TRV, then you both need to complete the form.

Not sure about the "explanation letter." If there's anything about your application that needs clarifying, then you can upload it. Again, it's optional. You can skip it if you don't need it.

IMM5713E- this if your are submitting the two applications together in one submission. One form for entire family. If you are the representative, then your name goes in Section A1, your wife's in Section A3. Your wife signs the form in Section B, and YOU sign Section C.

For form
IMM-5710--After filling this form we should validate and then print and sign and then upload while applying online for Bowp.

Do we need to print, sign and then upload or else do we need to sign elctronically

if the form requires a signature, a scan is the best way to go -

So they are asking for use of family members reprensentative for oline appliation(IMM5713).
