It's been wonderful being part of this forum. I have clarified many of my doubts here.
I have another question. I used to work in USA during Sep 2007 to Dec 2010. Now, I moved back to India and settled here. Now that I need to show 10 years work history and details, I am wondering what impacts it has showing frankly any unemployed periods in USA that was actually out of status. I had lost job in Dec 2009 and in transition to another job which I started working for them on Feb 1, 2010. That resulted in 1 month unemployed status wherein my H1B was out of status for a month. I have provided information in my work history as it is, but wondering if it creates any problems for being out of status for a month in USA.
