US Visa application

I apologies for posting total off topic question. But, will appreciate if I can get reply or some information. My TRV visa is expired and I am planning to go US for some training.
Questions:
1. Do I need canadian visa to come back from US ?
I think answer is no, but still want to be sure.
2.Any one know what documents are needed to apply for US VISA?

brother, I guess you need a valid canadian visa when applying for a US visa from Canada as we are not citizens.
I might be wrong though.......

I believe that valid WP means that your approved stay is not expired yet. From my point of view, it might be good idea to ask about letter of employment shortly before you leave Canada for training...

If you are only travelling to the US, you can return with expired TRV and valid work permit.

1. Do I need canadian visa to come back from US ? - No, you do not need a valid travel visa if you are coming back to Canada from USA.
I think answer is no, but still want to be sure.
2.Any one know what documents are needed to apply for US VISA? - there are no "required set of documents" as such for a US Tourist visa (which is what I presume you are applying for). However, it is recommended that you get a letter of invite from a family member/friend stating that you are visiting them in USA, statement of bank balance to provide evidence that you can cover the cost of your trip, confirmation of employment (if you are working), copies of your work permit, and supporting documentation that you have applied for your Canadian PR (should reaffirm them that you are not planning on immigrating to USA) and of course valid travel documents (aka passport).

Furthermore, if you are going to USA for a training I'd think this should be something like an employer sponsored visa. Then again I am not sure about this and I will leave it upto you to confirm that.

if u are planing to visit USA by road than u need valid wok permit.if u are planing with fly than u need valid visa too.

usa address

and funds proof like bank statement

Nah you don't need a canadian visa to enter from states or St. Pierre as long as you have a valid permit. For further info Read TRV rules and Regulations.
