When all the terrorists and drug runners give up.

The USA is allowed to make their own laws. Just because they are more strict than Canada doesn't make it "unjust." Unjust would be denying you because you're a Canadian PR from India, but allowed the Canadian PR from Pakistan in.

Actually I took it offensive by comparing the two countries, and indirectly saying that "Pakistani PR" could be a potential terrorist or drug dealer or whatever.. and Indian PR is not.

Change your statement to A / B. No one here in this forum has a right to directly state country names.

Not really sure what he can do about it other than ask the US to loosen it's policies. Or he could decide to mimic the USA and stop letting their PRs in without a visa (if they need one).

It will be great if he ask the US to loosen their policies toward the Canadian PR.
NEXUS Card is a good way for Canadian PR to travell without Vis aas they say in their website that CA PR can apply for Nexus Card.

Two separate paragraphs, two separate ideas guys. It's that simple.

Doubt the USA will care much. I also doubt Kenney will do anything about it. He's interested in reducing backlogs (no matter the cost).

Please note that once you're a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport, a visitor visa is not required to enter the USA.

The US also do have a list of visitor visa exempt countries so one can get an ESTA/visa waiver at the border or online beforehand for a small fee, and this is instant so don't have to wait for days and days for a decision if you are a passport holder of one of the countries listed
http://www.esta.us/

I think the policy is reasonable, and one can't expect the USA to just let anyone into their country without screening them.
