US PCC

Dear All,

I have a question concerning when to submit the US PCC request. I used to live in the US for 6 years. Now I am not the US, and planning to submit the US PCC request this week, but then I will be attending a conference in the US for a week next March. Will it matter that I get the PCC before I enter the US next March? Or should I submit the US PCC request after I exist the US next March? I am really confused. :'( :'(
