help me guys....... please tell me the option that would work in my situation or is it even possible for me......

1) I completed a bachelors degree from UK and went to US for a masters degree. I was out of status in US for over a year and voluntarily left the country. I am planning to apply for a certificate or diploma program from Canada. Now, what are the chances of getting a student visa for Canada after completing a masters degree from US?

2) My parents live in Canada. What are the chances of getting Canada PR if they sponsor me from Canada?

3) My girlfriend lives in US and shes a citizen. What are the chances of getting US Green Card if she sponsor me after we marry?

Please suggest me which out of three options is possible for me and would be the cheapest. need help...

1) Sure, you can apply for a student visa to study in Canada. However make sure your course of study makes sense. Simply put, taking another masters or a phd now that you have complete one masters makes sense. Taking a college certificate won't and will very likely lead to rejection of the student visa. Also, you'll have to be able to demonstrate strong ties to your home country and prove you have no plans to remain in Canada long term to qualify.

2) Sounds like you're too old to be sponsored. How old are you? Are your parents citizens? If so, when did they become citizens?

3) You'll have to visit a US forum for that information.
