US L1 Visa, want to immigrate to Canada. Please suggest the fastest way.

Hi,
My wife has a L1 visa and I got a L2 visa. I was able to get an EAD on the L2 and we are working in US now.

Please suggest the fastest possible way to immigrate to Canada.
Our L1 will expire next year. And the US visa scene does not look good.

It will be easier and faster for you to immigrate if you have a job offer in Canada.

Are there any good consultancies you know of who will give a canadian job offer with all the process.
I read that they will need to post newspaper ads and only if they do not find any one, then they can make an offer.
