there is nothing wrong in calling them or rasing cse to find out vo, unless your doing it frequently. But its upto us to decide.

another of my stupid questions .......... how did you get the update the eligibility and criminality was done ?
I had called them to know if my ADR IMM5475 was accepted as it was reviewing for a month and I had not filled a section of it thinking it was for paper based applicants. It turned to NA the day I moved to IP2 but that's when I asked other things too
I saw a ghost update yesterday on my profile. Hoping to see my PPR email soon.
