US B2 Visa Interview - Vancouver

Anyone recently visited US Embassy Vancouver, have few questions:

1. Are we allowed to take documents inside - do we require transparent folder or anything will work?
2. Are we allowed to take phones - if not, any place to store them ?
3. Anything we should be aware off ?

Phones are not allowed inside any US Consulate/Embassy. I'm not local to there so can't comment on storage. Consulates themselves don't offer storage.
