Urrrrrgent:e-CAS status shows decision nade before receive MR

Im pre-june 2010 applicant,Cairo VO,and I got my PAR since since last May 2011
Then I did not get any correspondent from visaoffice since last year about the updated status of my application of SWP category.But my E-Cas has been changed to IN PROCESS since last March 2012.
Really,I started to be worried when after I checked my e-CAS status in CIC website, Its mention that :
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
What's it is mean? Is it positive or negative indication for my application,Spcially my case took more than normal processing time without receive medical request.

So pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase I need you opinions and advices,Is it mean rejection letter is very near to me :'( :'( :'(

I'm sorry to say that, a decesion made before medicals means your application is rejected but don't get disappointed wait for a letter to understand the reasons and u may choose to appeal or apply again.

Hmmm. It is really a tough one. Could be a rejection case just as earlier said because it takes 2 more processes before the DM status shows on Ecas which are MR and PPR, and some other cases additional information.

But wait for the mail via letter or email before concluding. VOs are usually full of surprises.

Thanks allot for tour inputs,They asked me for threee aditional documents last year on Nov and Dec 2011,however my E-CAS changed to in process last March 2012
