Urgently need help

the embassy send me this email "Reference your application for temporary residence in Canada as a student, please advise your employment/education history within 2 business days." but i don't understand the meaning of it. so need help.

Are you sure you provided all your educational documents and a work experience letter?

From my understanding this means they require more or missing documents.

Contact your agent (if any) or double check If you have posted all the necessary documents.

According to checklist they only require the highest educational level and i already sent it, but they didn't require the work experience letter so i didn't sent it. help me please

So send them your work experience letter and other educational docs

Yeah,

They have requested for "history".

then you need to provide your other educational documents such as your high school certificate or so.

I provided my UG, 12th(final year of high school) and 10th ( high school) along with a work experience letter.
