i want to be qualified of my mother dependent sponsorship but then im turning 22, it says that for me to be consider as a dependent i should be a full time student?what if im already graduated? do i need to study again?would it be ok if i take my masters degree?

When do you turn 22? If your still a bit away from your 22nd birthday your mom can still list you as a Type A dependent child provided the PR application is received at CPC before the date you turn 22 years old. See OP 2 Manual, p. 8.

i already read the manual and it gives me an idea
..im turning 22 on september and im hoping that before my bday the papers will be pass but if in case it will nt be submitted so meaning i should enroll and be a full time student? is it ok if ill take my masters degree rather than enrolling another course???? do you have any idea??

If the application is received before you turn 22, you don't have to continue to study. If the application is received after you turn 22, you have to be enrolled in a full-time course (and have to have been studying since before the age of 22). Studying for a Master's degree is fine.
