Hi.. I am on Post Graduation work permit. I got PNP and I applied for my husband ‘s open work permit from India. He had interview and they were not satisfied because I was working 72 hours biweekly part time position. No reasons were given in rejection letter . But according to government more than 32 hours weekly is considered full time. So we did submit reconsideration request . After that they asked medical and fees. From 2 months I am waiting. Anyone knows the processing time for Appeal for work permit. It was our 4th attempt for his work permit. So decided to put appeal. Please Please share you experience if you do have somewhat similar. Thanks in Advance

Sorry too late, but just curiously asking Did you win the appeal ,
My brother had LMO , they refused and we appealed and they sent letter saying contravene the condition. I think it was bad immersion on him for future application.
