Hi everybody...I am planning to go home for Christmas to visit hubby and apparently my PR card is somewhat folded so I need a replacement. I was wondering if its possible for me to apply for a return travel document through buffalo before I fly. I dont want to have to wait to get it abroad coz I only have 10 days away and my home country does not have immigrant visa services As well It takes a minimum of 4 weeks for an emergency one and I dont have a well documented rush situation to explain to CIC for an emergency card. Ive used this card 3 times as is but the last time I was interrogated before boarding a plane in Johannesburg so Im not even willing to take the risk. Has anyone done this before?
