I have to visit a close relative in Canada due to illness. However, I cannot provide the six month deposit history. I usually do not open bank accounts. Will it be possible that my funds will be from my sister through gift of deeds? If so, how can we prove this and how do we support it? Will there be additional documents for it? Thanks

Let's try to understand your situation first:
1. Are you employed? Or retired?
2. Do you earn a salary? Or if you are employed, are you paid in cash?
3. Where does your sister live? In Canada?
4. Are you married? Or live with your parents?
I am employed. My sister is not in Canada. I am married but I live with my parents. I just cant show them that amount since i dont usually put my money in my bank account
A TRV approval would depend on your strong ties to your home country.
If you are employed but cannot prove that you earn a salary + no bank account then you have a weak employment ties. Borrowing from your sister/your parents would imply that you have a weak financial situation as well.
If still want to go ahead then your sister must provide a Letter of Financial Support + her bank statement + any financial investments (can be liquidated) + her recent tax returns.
As you have recently applied for spousal PR, chances of a TRV approval are very slim

@rhinesaur Did the gift deed work in your case? I would like to apply for visitor visa for my parents and wondering funds to their account via a gift deed is acceptable? Your inputs are much appreciated.
