Urgent - RO requirement

Hello there!

I became PR on 02/12/2020. I spent 60 days so far in Canada.

I'm thinking to move there on 03/15/2023.

1. Will I have any problems at the border? Will I be reported?
   I will be still within the allowed days outside (1095) for RO but will be cutting close like 30 days.
2. Later, say in 2024, if I travel outside of Canada for 20 days, will it become a problem when I re-enter Canada?

Only if you meet RO requirement, it's fine. Doesn't matter it's one year plus or one day plus.

There shouldn't be any problem.
